Terms and Conditions

Your access to and use of the regional permit system developed by the Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB) and the Department of Immigration (DOI) is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the terms and condition laid down as follows;

1.	That the username and password shall be kept secured and confidential.
2.	That the access to and use of this system is non-transferable;
3.	That the user must abstain from doing anything that would damage or disrupt the system.
4.	That the user shall not upload false information or upload or distribute unsuitable, offensive, obscene or discriminatory information of any kind;
5.	That the user will report to TCB or DOI, if the user feels that an unauthorized attempt had been made to gain unauthorized access to the system;
6.	That the user give TCB and DOI, at least 5 working days to process permit(s) from the date of application
7.	That the user understands that applications will be processed based on arrival dates of the groups. Permits for groups coming earlier will be processed earlier.
8.	That the user is aware of all the policies, laws, circulars, notification, related to tourism and immigration of Bhutan.

In the event where a user breaches any of the terms and conditions in any way, TCB and DOI may take such action as deemed appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the system or prohibiting you from accessing the system.

TCB and DOI may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time.  Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this system from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this system.

The user by clicking the accept button confirms, reading and understanding of all terms and condition laid down for using this system.
